Client Content

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, clients retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to the content they provide to us. By submitting content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

5Refund Policy

At Push index, we are committed to delivering high-quality web solutions and SaaS products tailored to your unique business needs. As our services are custom-built and pricing is determined after a detailed consultation, we strive to ensure clarity and satisfaction at every stage of the project.

• Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you decide to cancel your project before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
• Project Cancellation After Work Begins: If you wish to cancel after work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued, minus the cost of work already completed and any non-recoverable expenses incurred.
• Non-Delivery of Service: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at refund@Pushindex.com within 30 days of your initial payment or project commencement. Include your project details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

6Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Push index shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from or related to your use of our services, regardless of the legal theory asserted, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

7Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Push index, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
